All new players start at the Blue Level. As players begin to earn Hansa Poker Points at ring games and tournaments, they can qualify to be upgraded to a higher VIP Level. Hansa Poker's VIP Levels are assigned based on players' Point average over the previous month's playing period, based on the information listed in the table below.

Players' VIP Club levels are changed on the first of each month. Players are eligible for their first VIP Level upgrade after playing in two calendar months. For example, a player who signs up at Hansa Poker on March 4 will only be eligible for a VIP Level upgrade on May 1.

Players are assigned to a VIP Level based on their Point average over the past three months according to the following table:

• Your participation in the VIP Club program shall be deemed to constitute your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Hansa Poker's VIP Club program membership and benefits are provided at the sole discretion of Hansa Poker.
• Hansa Poker reserves the right to terminate or amend VIP Club program membership and benefits at its sole discretion and at any time.
• Participation in the VIP Club program is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of the program. Hansa Poker reserves the right to modify, add or delete these program rules at any time with or without notice, though Hansa Poker will attempt to provide reasonable notice in all instances as appropriate. You are encouraged to review these general Terms and Conditions and the other VIP pages on a regular basis in order to determine if Hansa Poker has amended the provision.
• Hansa Poker retains the sole right to interpret and apply the VIP Club program rules.
• Membership in the Hansa Poker VIP Club program is free and available to individuals residing in countries where such membership is allowed. Participation in some countries may be prohibited by local law.
• Only individuals are eligible for membership in the VIP Club program. Only the individual named in the Hansa Poker account may play under that account.
• Membership is offered at the discretion of Hansa Poker. Hansa Poker may deny membership to any applicant. Any such decision to deny membership shall not be open to appeal or review.
• Hansa Poker Points may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way.
• Players who chose to buy into any land-based Events through the VIP Club program, should that possibility become available, grant Hansa Poker the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. These players further agree to help promote Hansa Poker and act as a Hansa Poker spokesperson during and after the Events, including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by Hansa Poker. Players must wear Hansa Poker logo gear during the durations of the events.
• Any abuse of the program or failure to follow program rules may result in the termination of membership and forfeiture of all accrued Hansa Poker Points.
• Hansa Poker' general Terms of Use also apply to the VIP Club program.
• Decisions of Hansa Poker' staff and management about any aspect of the VIP Club program will be final.
